The solution you can create from household ingredients includes hydrogen peroxide, baking soda and dishwashing liquid. Use 1 quart of hydrogen peroxide (3%), ¼ cup of baking soda and 1 teaspoon of liquid dishwashing soap. Put on rubber gloves and wash your dog with this solution as quickly as you can after the spray took place. Do not put this solution in your pet’s eyes. Be sure to mix the solution as needed as it can explode if placed in a closed bottle or container. 

Once the solution is rubbed in, be sure to rinse thoroughly. After the solution is cleaned away, take time to use pet shampoo and clean and rinse. Hopefully, your pet will now smell fresh and clean.
